I was cheering on the 110... is that bad?
The police need bigger vehicles.

Looks like UK. If that was in the states, the driver would have been rightfully riddled with bullet holes after ramming that cop car a few times.

See what happens when the cops don't have guns and drive a Prius... (I know it is not a Prius, but it looks like it)

If that had happened in Prince Georges County Maryland the driver would have been capped when they had him boxed in. They just killed a church lady last month for rolling up her window on a PG cop at a traffic stop.

Sadly we didn't get to see the end. Am I mistaken, or are many cops now carrying guns in the UK?

Yeah, cheer away, until it's YOUR truck that's been nicked!

That was UK, standard police patrol vehicles.

No, not many UK police are armed (with guns) but quite a few now have tazers.

That bloke should have been give a 3rd eye with a 9mm

One of my good friends is a State's prosecuting attorney for PG County. She tells me the craziest stories about stuff that happens there...will have to ask her about the church lady homocide!

Cops and guns in the UK......

Most UK Cops have guns secured in thier vehicles but do not carry them on thier person. It takes very specific protocol to open the trunk and deploy the weapons. Sept 11 helped speed up the process of arming Bobbies.

Naturally, there are speacial armed squads - I am just talking about the regular plod on the beat.

Back to the D110 - I know it is hard to tell from the video but that truck looked very peppy to me. It pulled away "with enthusiasm" rarely seen in a Defender. Is it just me?
