Yeah, he is a good guy and deserves a little good luck sent his way. Happy to contribute.

Little story...Brandon and Rob redid the Lightweight head gasket in my garage after Yellowstone. They offered to install my Roamerdrive in my Series that night as well. Great guys, and that is pretty selfless.

Can we use some of the funds for locking Troy boxes ? And yes, I'd be in to support my boy.

So very sorry to hear that happened Brandon. I hope your tools weren't too sentimental to you. All I could do was call a few friends who manage pawn shops and the only thing they could say was if your stuff was sold it would be put on the floor for sale after a mandatory 20 day wait and asked if they were distinguishable in any way..like name, initials or in rolls or boxes. We could bust up the list of the couple hundred pawn shops in town and call all of them?? I know, very much the long shot... anyway good luck to you.

Has he made it through Dallas yet?

I'm flying back from Louisville Friday, but have a garage he can work in and a spare bedroom Friday night if he needs it.

69 iia in the garage to rob parts off of if it means getting him back on the road.

If he's passing through and I can help please someone PM me as I'll be busy all day tomorrow but do have the app on my phone.

Looks like he's already went by then unless Dallas was one of the testicles on Zach's map and he's heading back.

Despite the shitty luck he's having I still envy him and applaud the effort. Reminds me of my college years where my biggest problems were buying beer or buying dinner. If I had only taken a few trips like this one before life happened.

don't know, how to put into words how thankful I am for generosity of everyone who donated to the go fund me Zack had put together, as well as the people who have helped me out so far along the way on the trip.
The go fund me was a complete shock to me, and the immense support has blown me away completely. It is amazing to see how many people have been following the story and were willing to help. The funds will completely cover what was lost and will quickly get some tools so I can get back to wrenching. Due to the excessive support I will make a donation with part of the funds to a charitable organization. Going into this trip I knew the community had my back but something of this magnitude was never expected. Thanks again
5000 miles down 2500 to go! Rover On.

Smile Rolling rolling rolling

After the craziness of what had occurred in Austin I was happy to get back on the road. Bill Larson it was awesome meeting you and thanks for putting me up for a couple of days. As I was leaving town I bumped into Eddie Bostock of West Coast Rovers in California. I left Austin and headed to College Station to visit a friend which I have not seen in years. From College Station I took local roads to get to Dallas. I visited Gas Monkey garage which was super commercialized and lame. Next door to the shop was a jaguar shop which I went into to ask where the rover shop was. The told me about North Texas British, where I met Mike and saw all the awesome stuff they had going on. From there I met up Gavin and Leona disco owners who let me spend the night in Plano. After a goodnight's rest I hit the road to Paris where I saw the Eiffel Tower and had the famous Chicken Fried Steak. I finally was out of Texas after 10 days and into Oklahoma I crossed. I camped at an amazing state park at broken bow lake and had a swim in the lake which was surprisingly warm.
October 29th I headed from Broken Bow into Arkansas. This is an amazingly beautiful part of the county and it is pretty nice to see trees again, and the timing is perfect as the leaves are starting to change colors. Went through some stellar scenic roads into Mena then headed northeast to Magazine Mountain where the series summited the highest point in Arkansas at 2753 feet. I called it a day at cove lake and set up my shanty for the evening. My plan is to be in Bentonville on Saturday.
