Trust me that won't make any difference for Jennifer Hetu. You are using a patented logo- not even a bastardized one.

That said I'm am sure these custom ordered one a time custom manufactured items are no threat to "confusing their customers".

Oh I know that - I didn't tell HIM that though. Do you think they keep the patents up on the vintage plaque in the US? I'm no patent lawyer, so I don't have an easy way to search for its current patent status.

Looks like Jennifer was award another decision last week. This one against a cybersquatter holding www.landroverdealers.com

http://domains.adrforum.com/domains/...ns/1415400.htm

Interesting that www.landroverdealers.com is still up! I wonder what the fine will be.

Still love this thing. Radomly, I just rec'd two e-mails from BMC Warehouse (Brown Manufacturing Company - the company that makes these) that my shipments were confirmed delivered on January 12, 2012. Um, thanks for the heads up...I know...I've been enjoying it/them for 6 months now...

Do the rockware bumpers really have one built in? Or was that a joke? I never noticed one on mine.

Yeah, drivers side (usually) on the bottom where the blade part of the front bumper starts to rise toward the outside. I think there was pic of one in one of Randy's TDI GUY's build threads?

Found it. It looks like it may be on the passenger side on his. I've also seen them crunched closed before - I guess from prior hits on rock(s).

Just put mine on. I widened the holes just a tad to fit on the bolts holding the light bar on.

I didn't really want it on the outside for the world to see and it's a good location for tailgating and camping when the tailgate is usually open.

I'll shorten the bolts and place acorn nuts to protect knuckles.

Older ones yes. I got a new one last year and it didn't come with one. I meant to ask if it was a mistake but forgot. It's a nice touch, but really a crappy spot for one.
