Much more interested after seeing it! I'll wait to see the stainless version before pulling the trigger though.

So, where does everybody plan to mount these? It seems like if you mounted it on the rear panel like the travels with rover one you would need to put a good sized plate behind it to keep it from bending the aluminum

Arrived and installed. I'm going to call them tomorrow, though. You can see they messed up the border - it is supposed to be primarily white with a pencil-thin black outline, but they did a thick black outline and pencil-thin on the white of the border.

I'm always trying to find new beers to try (not that Rogue is new or new to me even) so thanks. I've been watching the beer thread on here, for some to try eventually. I have a good pint glass collection going - here's probably 20% of it. Many have also been broken, but I finally actually just replaced the Rogue Dead Guy Ale pint glass after searching for 3 years after my last one broke at a party.

These people are a dream

I received mine with the same fault as Josh ( but I did not notice until he brought it up ), so I sent a quick line to them and today I received the replacement with ZERO fault

WOW... missed this kind of service on a $ 20.00 item

I just called them and ordered one. He will continue to pump them out as ordered, but will not be making anymore replacements for complaints/issues about the thin black and white rings at the perimeter. So you have a single shot at it. Order one and be happy with the result.

oh OK great thanks for the clarification. Weird - he had just said he was uncomfortable with the Land Rover thing and I told him it was custom designed and the file was created by us, so for personal use there shouldn't be any issues...but he was uneasy.

So does he have a master for the "good" logo that he is using? Can I just call and say "I'm with the LR whack jobs"?

Likewise...hopefully this means they'll make them correctly the first time. Next one to get them (Russell?) please report back if the logo comes out with the line appearance properly (before I order one).

Got it...BUT will he make the next round of "first" batches correctly is sort of what I was wondering.

------ Follow up post added January 19th, 2012 05:45 PM ------

PS - did anyone get the stainless version of this yet?
