bigger RIM's

Does anyone know where I could get some 18"+ size rims for my Defender? I am planning on making it a road warrior. Does anyone thing there is an adaptor so I could put some of the MKIII RR 19" on it? thanks folks

Hmm, I think you need to sell your Defender and move on! The only people I know that would do such a thing are http://www.bellargio.com/ and we all know what they are like.

Why you would want to do this is beyond me , but OK. Check with the racer boy types, there are a few custom wheel companies that will do custom bolt patterns. The other option would be to have someone make some wheel spacers for you that adapt from Defender pattern to new Rangie pattern, then you can have your funky wheels and be wider at the same time.

Just don't forget to lower it, add chrome and some neon lights while you're at it.

You should see what I can get from one of my customers. He offered them to me for free, a set of 22in 2 piece billet blingtacular wheels for the D. I respectfully declined. Now, if I had a new RR, maybe

Phil, you could learn a few tricks from this guy for your interior bling , as well as the front grill.

Some led lights, and your on your way to the top!

This post is too funny... I'm speechless... It's almost like the 'top speed' D90 post... haha.

In any case, is anyone's browser seizing up when they click the 'previous' link to my post or Dave's 'bling' link ?

Mine keeps seizing ?

Hmmm...

Those 6x6 axles are interesting
I owned a 6x6 series III for a while. It attracted a good deal of attention and I've always had a hankering to build a coil sprung 6x6. Nothing what so ever to do with the thread but I thought I'd throw my 2p worth in anyway
Very bling 6x6
