I've seen that truck. It is parked in a garage in NYC.

I actually intend on getting a beta for this registry site up and running hopefully by the end of the year. I'm using it as practice getting to know a new framework for work. Even if the idea has fizzled. It'll be open sourced and such.

Yeah - I'm thinking, for a start, just a basic registry where owners can claim trucks and, once approved, can add photos and various other relevant information. Also, a request owner information button might be a nice solution to the problem of publicly posted owner information.

The other sorta 'fancy' feature would be a sightings map. With an owner option to disable the public listing of sightings for those discreet types.

I'll update. I'll also poke Dan and see if he's still interested in a design. But I figure if I get a working protype out there I can get feedback and maybe rekindle some interest.

My father just bought #14/500. Stock, 115k miles.

Plan is to restore it and do a 4.6 / auto.

Just spotted 497/500 in Danbury getting restored or something, painted in a shade of green, but not really to well as the bulkhead is gleaming white, still has the 3.9 in at as of this moment.

I was actually bummed out it was NAS spec it looked like a uk spec from the picture my sister sent and I wanted some parts off it!

This truck has been around forever. Looks like the front end got damaged.

Yeah, my big idea got sidelined by a deployment to Afghanistan and three-peat overseas tours. I've been pretty out of the community and unable to do NAS 110 networking. I haven't even seen my truck since January 2010.
