It was brush painted some sort of tan when we saw it.
The yellow inside was mostly rust bleeds from water leakage and some spray on goo to try and slow the rust.

Mike,

That second photo looks a lot like one of the local 110s here in KC owned by Micheal Hall.

I was there for 5 months this summer all I saw was a Range Rover Classic

Why is every D110 on ebay the best in the country? I guess he has never seen one of Mike's. It's clean, but hardly one of the best out there...

I saw a similar claim on a 1998 110 masquerading as a 1993 just last week.. "BEST IN THE COUNTRY..."
Can't it just be "rust-proof super badassness x10" or "West Coast Awesome-O Hotness"?

I would probably be more receptive to a 110 ad that said "driven from Alaska to Buenos Aires 3 times, always smoked in, never garaged.. ready for super restoration and your dream Africa trip.."

Just heard from an older customer that we did a Tdi and galv frame into his 110. Back then I didn't keep track of the NAS #s, so I asked him what # his truck was.
It is NAS #135 about 175K miles now, galv frame, resides in NJ

Quick update on one that is in Los Angeles. #315 is metallic black and auto. Everything is metallic black including wheel flares and Cage. I have seen it a few times but this was the first time I had my truck with me and a camera.

Great pics. That ticket so totally reminds me of LA. Or DC.
