I was at discount tire last night and they said they had them in the warehouse as well as other stores so it "shouldn't be an issue"

That's who I called last night and they said they had 60 on order with no ETA from BFG.

Well more than happy to check with them again and actually try to put an order in...but it sounds like the guy I talked to could have been wrong.

Got mine from these guys. At the time their price was lower than everyone else's. I would give them a call and see what they've got. Not to be confused with 4wd parts.

I called them a few weeks back.
They are owned by the same company.
They search each other's stock.....

I called the 4wd folks and they are back ordered too. I asked if February was the date and he said for some sizes but bfg said others were even longer. I don't need them till summer for my trailer, so I am OK. I have one new take off waiting in the wings in my shed, so if someone needs one for an emergency like a blow out, pm me as it is too cold to camp until April or so for me...

There has to be something better than a KM2.

There probably is, but most tires on the market look pretty ridiculous IMO.

Agree - the SSR tread is just as good if not better in dirt and much better on snow.

That's the reason I brought up the Toyo's in 255. The tread design looks good and the carcass is probably thicker than the KM2.

Maxxis has a MT in 255 as well.

I have a set of five new 255/85/16 Toyo mud terrains on freshly powder coated wolf rims that I'm just using to roll hold up my current project. They'll be for sale in about a month as this truck is getting new alloy wheels. The tires weren't cheap.

yes, because somewhere in the marketing department tire manufacturers thought we needed "XXXXTreeme " on the sidewall and claw designs and other such nonsense...

Sure there is but I can't find them for $175 a tire.

They are good tires.
Look good
And by far the cheapest I can find in this size....
That's what I call a jackpot!

While I am very cheap, If you need need tires, and you have to wait 3-4 months to maybe get the set, what does that $200 saved really do for you?

This has nothing to do with price for me, that's just an added bonus.
