sorry kolton, I was posting the link to point to the user reviews (in response to the poster who asked about snow and ice performance).

I understand that tire rack (and apparently the entire western hemisphere) is out of stock...

Bugger. Doesn't sound like these would be the best choice then for a 110 daily driven all winter long up here in the Great White North.

Duratracs are a good dual purpose tire with the severe winter rating and are pretty decent on ice and snow while being decent off road as well.

Has anyone placed an order with 4wheel parts and received their tires yet?
-Order placed October 30th, no indication of backorder.
~Early November, tires placed on backorder, estimated delivery date of January 5th
-January 5th, no change in order status online, customer service on phone says manufacturer on backorder, estimates late February delivery.

Not positive, but I have not found the 255/85 size here, in radial.

Don't worry Rob, you don't want Km2s in the winter anyways.

I just placed an order over the weekend and they have not processed my order yet. I'm not expecting them any time soon.

I think they're going to drop the 255 size altogether....too bad really.

Jimmy, you'll never see those tires-- just get some 20" Kahns and start over...

You're probably right. I just called Discount Tire Direct and they told me they have 60 on order with no confirmation from BFG. I assume its the same with 4 Wheel Parts.

Stinks to hear about the KM2 being hard to get.

What about the Toyo's in that size?

I wonder if Interco would make their SSR in that size? If BFG really stops making them there could be a big enough market for Interco to step in and fill that space.

I dont think that will happen for a loooong time; but some of the oddball sizes(like the 255/85) will disappear.
I run 265/75-16 on 2 of my RRC's but thought briefly about getting the 255's.

I don't think The 255 size is going anywhere. They just certified them for Europe so my guess is they're supplying a lot of tires right now. mine say available in February but we will see.
