My experiences with Rovers North have always been good...........no problems what so ever. I know that my shop also has used Rovers North for years for most of their parts.

Not sure why you think that... I've been buying, buying parts for, rebuilding, and selling Rovers since the mid to late '70's, though I first started dealing with Zagata 4WD. I've never gotten anything from them I couldn't get elsewhere. And have gotten things elsewhere I couldn't get from them without a long wait.
I'll continue to buy from them, but if what he describes happened to me, I doubt I'd continue.

you can please most of the prople most of the time but it's really hard to please an obnoxious fuckin' idiot....no matter

Follow-up Post:

Or...I suppose a better way to express myself might be

Amongst the 50k I spend yearly at RN I have definately had some issues. I have never had an issue getting things resolved to (my) full satisfaction. First class operation.

Just need to step up and discuss things and work it out.

Let us know how swinging the big E-dick works out for you.

I don't get it.
The differences bewteen the SII and SIII frames are tiny. Hand brake pivot and brake pipe stuff if I recall correctly. No big deal, with a few very minor changes. All the SIII stuff is maybe 50. in change over parts and then it will bolt right up. We use Marsland chassis all the time in SII, SIIA and SIII with no real issues at all.
You could say that the SIII frame is not "truly original in all respects", but then again neither is a galvanized chassis.
Doesn't matter where you get the frame from as most manufactures only make the SIII version. The SIII 88 frame as a replacement for all 88s has pretty much been the norm for the last decade plus.
To my knowledge the only place that makes "correct" SII and SIIA frames (with the tiny differences built in) is Richards Chassis in the UK.

I do not check PMs. Call or email if you need something.

ECR is not a parts source. We are not in the mail order business.

I don`t mean to be a bitch, and I definitely don`t agree with what Sean has done... but is callin him a pussy really necessary? I understand people making fun and prior complaints about how he is just using the board to bitch, but come on dude.

OOPPSSS sorry my bad geee I hope he will accect my ahaha nope can't do it!

DOODE I don't air out my dirty laundry for everyone to read! How the fuck do we know about what was said & how it was handled. We heard one side of the story. I had no intention of responding but it sounds kinda babyish to handle a 3000+ transaction this way!
RN has & does a great service to our comm. & to post up shit & stir the pot cuz you are incapable of of dealing with a situation yourself! I want an apology! PUSSY!

given your obvious talent for problem solving I would suggest at this point the only tool you handle would be yourself.

Sean

In this case you may have yielded the result you sought, but you also stamped a huge letter "A" on your chest in the process.

I still recommend him for counseling. Its never to soon to stop a crazy person in their tracks and put them on a better path.
