I've got a friend in the Removal service. (No...not that kind of removal!) He does removals from England to Southwest France (moving company ) and vice versa.

Let me see his schedule for the next couple months. If you get word that your order is to be honoured, I can have him drop by and send you photo's, if it helps.

Let me know. He's a good guy and I trust him.

I pray this works out for you.

Cheers Hank

I had a 40 foot container. He never shipped the parts period. Matthew Moore said he never shipped them, and Mark didn't either. They were never on the shipping manifest in the first place. Mark Daniel went and changed the shipping manifest after the container arrived here in the USA to add them, but they were not shipped.

Regardless, Mark told me they weren't shipped. So did Matthew Moore. They are car dealers and registered businesses and I paid Mark for some very expensive parts, I also paid him for shipping, loading, even storage of parts. But got none of it. Sorry. It's black and white.

I'm also not the first one to complain about these guys on this forum. Just wish I read it all before hand.

In not taking sides just wanted to know the details.

I'll see if I can get s hold of him for you.

------ Follow up post added April 4th, 2015 04:36 AM ------

I've bought stuff from him off and one for 6 years now and never had a problem and will continue to do so. Even met him and his family well I was in the UK last year. I've had a great luck with him. Was always helpful even when problems arose with Rovers being Rover.

I've also been royally screwed by other UK suppliers and people so I understand where your coming from.

I guess doesn't mean much to you. That's just been my experience with Rovers in the UK. I'll see if I can reach for you.

I sincerely appreciate it, and I admit, you have been kind. I didn't mean to sound abrasive to you. Just really done with Mark. In either case I am pretty certain he doesn't care. I've already got a Solicitor (Attorney). Yes, I have to pay a significant amount of money for this. But ultimately, its because Mark and Matthew told me to go to hell. They hang up on me, and Mark has never returned my emails since I asked him where my parts were.
Ultimately, he'll pay my additional attorneys fees on top.
I hope they inspect all of his imports and exports.

Well maybe I can help maybe not. I'll at least send an email Mark.

I don't know the other guy at all or even heard of him so nothing I can really do there.

Trust me when I say run the other way. What you don't see are all the private messages I have recieved.
I think Green mountain even recieved his confirmation. I was ripped off ! Maybe the car you buy will be built with my parts amd finally make it to shore afterall...

I've never had an issue what so ever with Mark. I heard a very different story about the above events from Mark. I don't like getting into he said she said so I'll I will say is I've always enjoyed dealing with Mark over the years and will happily deal with him again.

it's interesting that you have an explanation and I still don't. can you answer this then? were any of the parts that I purchased from him ever put on the boat? Has he made any effort the communicate with me? He say you don't want to get in the middle but you seem to have information that I don't even though I've lost 10s of thousands.

There is always two sides of the story. I heard a different side from Mark. Im not getting in to it. What happens between you too is just that between you too. I was commenting on my positive interactions in dealing with him. Thats it. Im not getting in the middle of it at all.

Dude, not to be a dick here, but, you got into the middle of it in post #18. As sweaty as it may be, if you know more to this story please share, or ask other parties to chime in, so others on the forum can learn from the mishap.

Great Derek, you said you weren't getting in the middle of it, but you already have. Why are you owed an explanation from him, but I am not? I paid him nearly $30,000 he didn't ship any of the parts he sold me, and won't give me an explanation and won't take my calls, wont return my emails or text messages. So tell me, what did he tell you? And why wouldn't he, or you, tell me?

Agreed. Thank you. Mark Daniel or Matthew Moore won't talk to me, but they have basically a complete car, bulkhead, entire body, dash, steering, 5 wheels and tires, new TDI seats, Interior panels etc to build a new car. If anyone owed an explanation, its me, not Greenmountain Rovers

Any update on this.. I had some dealings with the and while they bent me over on prices after the fact " they did okay by me.... But they are involved with the guy from savage defenders who I just filed grand theft charges against for taking a customers truck out of my shop without paying the $32,000 bill....and now won't return phone calls etc.. Since he took it in the eyes of the law he is responsible for the whole amount... Grand theft and theft of services..say bye bye immigration visa...
