Been driving the D90 this week

Ah, feels so good. Did not drive her in winter as we had no deep snow and the sportwagen with snow tires is much more comfortable to tool about in.

Had to buy her a battery (left the stupid fan on and killed the old one). Otherwise no issues. Going to service her this weekend if I don't have to work.

Sometimes. I just toss the coat on the seat and deal. No worse than the lotus really.

Thats how I don't get bored of my cars, just dont drive them for a few months and then they become fun again.

Bryson and I have been together on and off and on again for nearly 10 years.

My students (I teach on the side) keep asking about all the cars. It is my last class tonight so I figured I would take out the D90.

Nice! I know the feeling... It's been a while since mine's hit the road since I've been cleaning up the interior. I'll get to put in my newly retrimed seats this weekend! Can't wait until she's moving again!

I bought dark suits so the dirt/grime would not show.

The wife bought me a light-colored spring jacket that I am going to have to wipe down the seats to wear...

Just got back from a Utah trip. 1600 miles, most of them off pavement. Not a single problem with the truck despite the miles of punishing trails and a heavy load of gear, spares, and tools. I've never been more in love with this truck.

Awesome. Did you grill all that lamb on that little snow peak? Those things are awesome.

Amazing pics. I'll be hitting some of those trails around Telluride and Ouray this summer (but in a rental ).
Thinking we need to add photography into the Defender association the mix (i.e., camping, guns, etc..).

Nice pics. Looks like a pretty good sized convoy!
What spares did you pack?

Funny to hear you mention the sportwagen is your winter ride.

When I bought my D90 it was just after my Tahoe was totaled. I planned on buying a replacement Tahoe for daily driving but went two years before I bought a replacement. I work from home so I could manage around the weather, but it was quite and experience driving everywhere with just the surrey top. The first winter I went with the fiberglass top but went straight surrey afterward.

My girlfriend at the time HATED the D90 with a passion; I then dumped her and went full surrey and I soon realized there are plenty of girls who like to take the top off
