Badger Coachworks

Has anyone heard from Badger recently?

I place an order with them in March and he's now gone MIA. Won't respond to calls / emails / etc.

that's normal

this usually happens every few months when the weather is nice or changing.

I am in the same boat.

I bought this Badger Top in November because I was told it was at Badger.

http://www.defendersource.com/forum/...635#post387635

Still waiting as of today...

11 Emails
6 Calls
1 Facebook post

Last communication from badger 4/26.

I hope it's worth the wait...

Isn't the Rovers North top an exact copy of the Badger? Why wait and give money to someone who can't even bother to respond to an email in 5 months?

Badger already has the money. I paid the person who originally bought the top to "get it right away".

Why buy a copy just be patient. Badger is 2-3 guys working in a small shop. They are highly in demand for the quality of their work. While the wait does seem a bit excessive keep calling. You will get through.

Hm, I've tried calling for months. I now have my assistant calling him every week until he answers.

I was told it'd be about a 2 month wait back in March. Now I'm starting to get nervous as rainy season is approaching and this is my daily driver...

"1 Facebook post = did this work??"

That was the last communication I received on 4/26 after I posted on Facebook he said he would check on status, I never heard back after that. He also deleted my Facebook question from his page.

I understand Badger makes the best but that doesn't excuse someone from not being courteous enough to respond especially when you have already paid them.

It's a tough situation as I don't want to have him rush a top to fill an order but I would like it before the weather gets bad here...again.

But you were told it was already made and ready to ship. I know the tops are the best out there, but they really should respond to customers. Not getting back to you is unacceptable.

I spoke to him just a few days ago. Hard to beat the quality and the wait can be very, very frustrating-admittedly, an acknowledgement would go a long way...
I was fortunate enough to receive the top I ordered in February, last week. He's got quite the workload, especially for a 2 man operation. I tried for weeks to reach him recently, but he did eventually call back, and deliver.

That is the upsetting part, I am stoked you got your top, BUT I should have my top before you.

I purchased in November as it was "at the shop" once I discovered it wasn't there, I was told I was first on the priority list and he would ship no later than the end of January. Still no top.

Just venting!

Regardless of how great the quality is for $2650 an explanation and call back with details is not too hard.
