As if he'll get that!

Not to diminish the dreams of any D-90 seller, but this guy is insane. Asking a minimum of $42100 for a '97 ST with 74K miles?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=31849

I mean if his gets that, mine's got to be worth $60,000

He changed it! Just 10 minutes ago his "asking price" was $42100. Now, it's 22100...probably didn't get a lot of attention at the other price.

Check out this auction for a restored Series IIA. $100K for a Series? Um, what's so special about it? Gold plated engine?

I hate to say the reason I was looking on eBay was to gauge prices. I might have to sell my baby because of an unexpected job change. If I could get $100K for mine then I could buy another and not worry about money.

100k for a series? I mean it's a veery nice restoration but it's not like its that hard to find a 109 with a safari roof. Hell, someone once calculated that every 88 series part new from RN would total around 35k about 3 years ago. So this guy is either profiteering or overpaid.
