Arles Blue 110 in Maine

Sometimes my commute is a drag but today was a good day. Saw this on a car carrier in Portland.

Yup, on its way back to us for its 3000 mile inspection.

This truck already had 3,000 miles? Thought this was recently completed by ECR?

Are you complaning with your Maine commute? Try commuting from Jersey cross to GWB then to White Plains, NY every morning?

We delivered the truck in mid-summer. I think it would have even more miles on it if it hadn't been caged up on Nantucket all summer.

Only wish is I live in ME so that every time the truck is due for service I'd drop it off to ECR

Not sure of the true miles (haven't driven it yet, but its almost 5!). Its back for its post-restoration check over and that usually happens at about 3K miles for an oil change and such. If they sent it back at 1300 then I guess I'll just have to put a whole bunch of miles on it.... just kidding.

This truck lives in NY.

With all the 90s and 110s that come in and out of here via truck I'm surprised this is the first one you guys have caught. Seems like quite a few people saw it and thats cool.

Just curious, do your West Coast delivery clients customarily send their newly restored trucks back for post restoration checks as well?

I've seen one of your 110's at the LR dealer in Bellevue (Seattle) getting routine service work done a time or two over the years.

Some do, some don't.
Depends on what is needed really. If they want upgrades or something they'll send the truck. If they just need an oil change, others can handle that. If the truck has an issue we can usually talk the dealer through a repair via long distance. Its one of the reasons we try set the trucks up as best we can with Rover parts... so that any dealer/specialist can service them without the need for it to come back to Maine. 80% or so of our trucks are in the eastern US, so it doesn't really come up that much.
Its nice to see them back "home" when they come though considering the effort we put into them during the builds.
