We generally agree on most subjects, but with the exception of the 4 Shermans taking on 1 Tiger I battle scene, it was a bad movie.
The apartment scene was absolutely horribly overdone... there was no need for so much lack of grace, dignity, and such long and drawn out nonsense.
The final battle scene was very very very unrealistic and again overdone and drawn out.
If an SS Battalion ran into 1 knocked out Sherman tank, they would have been surprised, like they were in the film, but after the initial shock they would have pulled back and dropped motors on the stationary tank to render the crew stunned while they moved in close with a panzerfaust or 2 and destroyed the immobile tank.
In the movie, a Hitler youth destroyed a Sherman that brewed up, but later in the last stand when the same thing happened, it only killed one crewman.
The same was true of at least one US grenade that was dropped inside the tank by mistake. This lack of reality took a lot away from my opinion of Fury.
The last scene although good was not impossible, but highly improbable.
Might be better to save your money and watch it much later after the box office is closed. Overall rating was very disappointing overall, a 2 on a 10 scale!
Lacked the realism of Saving Private Ryan or Band of Brothers.
