There is a good chance your radio has been replaced at some point, so we may need the serial number from the radio to determine the correct radio code. Also, if it doesn't work the first time, don't try it again because it will lock you out after a certain number of failed attempts.

As I recall you just have to leave the radio on with the ignition on or running for an hour straight without disconnecting power or turning it off and it will reset and allow you to enter the code again.
