Anyone tried a modern ODB app?

I'm noticing a bunch of new apps / startups that all seem to tap the OBD port in some way. They usually connect via your phone, but a lot of them also have developer APIs that can allow you to integrate with things like IFTTT ( to do things like automatically log events and mileage to a Google Spreadsheet etc.

Here a few I've been looking at:

Zubie: Zubie | Making Driving Easier, Safer and Less Expensive.
Clickdrive: Clickdrive - Clickdrive

Anyone tried any of these with their Defender, any of them you like / find useful?

Only applies to 97 Defenders in the US. Now if I could get an app to scare me with instant mpg and record my daily miles for tax deduction on my DD, I'm all for it.
