Anyone near Pacifica, CA who can help me out?

Found a deal on a fork for my downhill bike but the owner doesn't take Paypal and won't ship. Would anyone be willing to pick it up from the seller and ship it for me? I'll Paypal you funds for the fork + shipping + your time.

If you haven't already hit up a regional forum on mtbr.com or the downhill forum on ridemonkey.com - lots of good peeps on ridemonkey at least in the few forums I go to.

Maybe pinkbike? But that can be hit or miss.

Btw, which fork did you get?

Someone from the board is helping out and will hopefully be picking it up tomorrow. I trust the D90 crowd. It's a great community and I have never had an issue on this board.

I've had mixed luck with Pinkbike, too many HS kids on there.

I scored a 2009 Fox 40 on the cheap. I'm in the process of making some updates to my V10, and I'm not impressed with the Boxxer Race I've been riding on.

Let me know if you need help. I grew up in Pacifica and I am only about 25 min away.

That's awesome that Jayz is helping you out - very cool of you Jayz!

Fox makes great suspension stuff. I run a 2008 36 and air rear shock on my Sinister all around rig. It just works hence it is 4 years old and still on the bike. They do need a rebuild soon tho. I would run them on my DJ bike but its too expensive and I just need the stiffest fork possible (running custom HD springs in an Argyle now).

Post pics of the V10 when the updates are done.

I'm way late on this, but I can't thank JayZ enough for his help... and now a pic of the V10 and Fox 40 in action

Nice! I see the take off in the left but are you flatlanding that or is there a lander out of the frame? Looks like a fun hit.
