Anyone know what this is?

The chrome piece above the rover plate. Had this truck 7 years and have never known what this is for. Before i replace it with a bottle opener just wanted to confirm it isn't good for something

Am thinking it's for an old CB antenna, but thought I'd ask

Agreed, it is a mount for a CB antenna. But that is a weird place to bolt it. No solid steel there, no?

And what about this?

Been upgrading the truck and removing things not needed, like about 100 feet of stereo wire from various devices that aren't on the truck anymore.

Came across this in the passenger wheel well, and dont see it in the shop manual. Also not sure why the far left tube coming out of it wouldn't be connected to anything?

That is a CB mount for an antenna. Due to that location, the antenna was probably knocked off by a tree. At least that is what happened to me....
