Anyone here at Fort Bragg

I am stuck at Fort Bragg for the next few weeks. Staying in Hope Mills actually (which just makes it worse).

Anyone on the board in the area?

Id go offroading on the base grounds. I use to live there about 6yrs ago so things have changed a bit. Easiest trails to get onto without having to worry about getting shelled or fired upon is east of Bragg blvd and the area around Simmons airfield. Watch out for that trail under the power lines parallel to honeycutt rd.
Sundays are good if you want to tear it up on the drop zones cause no one wants to be short on their roll calls on Monday morning.
Anything west of Gruber you should check in with building at the shooting range(?). Think you can get a pass/map.

Use to be a dried up resevior in Hope Mills that was lots of fun as well. If you go down there keep an eye out for a guy that goes by the name Tarzan. Can be a bit of a mean drunk.

Might want to check in with the local group called CROC

I am giving Bragg a new range out in the back 40. Gonna be a 200 target MPMG run on fiber optic with moving and stationary targets.

I have a rental 2500 4x4. Unlike most 4x4s a rental truck goes every where.
