Dam I applied for a loan at WaMu and I was pre-approved for it last week. The loan office told me it was a great value and the 1700 a month payments seemed reasonable. Ive tried several times to get a final loan conformation maybe I should appeal to conghress to help me out

Let me clarify Jim. I was not looking for a what is legal opinion but more of a "Does it really matter as long as you get good qaulity in an imposter Defender rebuild". As opposed to spending 150k for a 90 to 110 rebuild. I will ask this question in the what is legal post if you think that is where it should be. Thanks, Mike

Oh, OK, I just didnt want another metaphysical argument about the definition of the word "is." I thought you were asking about legitimacy, not quality.

As for me id take one of the re-manufactured / upgraded ones from places like ECR than a new one off the lot... The quality and attention to detail by the Brits leave a lot to be desired
