Any way to check if a Range Rover was a lemon buy back?

Figured some of you would know a way to find out if a vehicle was a lemon buy back, especially those that work at a Rover dealership. Here's the one I'm wondering about:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/141448498533

The carfax service records show a new windshield and engine/transmission module issues - also has new tires, strange for under 20k. It was briefly at a Rover dealership but immediately sold off to a used car broker/dealer - not sure what rover dealership wouldn't want one of these, only supposedly 50 in the US. Anyways just wondering if there's a way to identify a rover as a dealer buyback?

Thanks
