Thumbs down Any Proud Rover Owner needs to read this

Phil thanks for sending me this....I almost wet myself i was laughing so hard...Any proud rover owner should read this.... You can read his "dream" commercial at the link or below.... http://www.msu.edu/user/langkawe/humcom.html

Some people will never understand Land Rover.....hehehehe

Website Clown...

I imagine a commercial featuring a parking lot with cones being placed in a tight circle. It's preplanned so the Land Rover guns its engine and with tires squealing, turns just within them a few times, and then pulls in just behind a Hummer (its gotta' be black!). The Land Rover's driver leans out his window taunting the Hummer saying "I'll bet you can't do that!" The Hummer roars to life, pulls into the circle, running over every cone and then coming in right behind the Land Rover filling the rear view mirror and stopping inches away from it's bumper (of course rocking from it's sudden stop). Then slowly, it starts to climb the Land Rover, as the driver dashes out just in time as the roof caves in in a shower of broken glass. The Hummer stops right on top of the car, and the driver slowly rolls down the window and looks at the Land Rover owner laying on the ground with shattered glass and the look to terror in his eyes and just says, "Who Cares?"

My Email back to this clown....

Hey man,
Very funny...I own a 97 Defender 90...Everyone has dreams, that commercial is a pretty good dream....But to set it straight I think it would be the Land Rover climbing on top of the Hummer after showing it didn't need to do burnouts to be the baddest vehicle on the planet ....Then of course the hummer would tell the person in the Land Rover "lets take it to the trail", then the land rover would show why its the Best 4x4xFar...Now thats a commercial....If you want to see what a Defender 90 can do let me know...I have thousands of pics....lol...Anyways pretty funny commercial...Take care

WOW what pissed that guy off! Most Hummer guys (not H2s) are cool. Did you read the rest of his site, I think he needs to get some help. And he doesn't even have a Hummer! His goal is to have one by 27.

The guy is a 27 yr old 14 yr old.
Sounds like this is a penis extension complex - Hummer or Porsche!
First, what on earth would a D-90 be doing in a parking lot making circles?
Second, at $100k the Hummer should crush a D-90. It was build for stuff like that.
Third, nothing wrong with a penis extension, but... get the Porsche. If you really
want the Hummer, breath deep, fill the cooler and join us D-90ers in a beer or 4.
Chill, little man, chill.

Or, sounds like the old bull and young bull on the hill. Seeing a field of cows, Hey states the young bull, lets run down and have us a F**K. Old bull replies, lets walk and F**k'um all.

When I was in Germany a couple months back, I saw a D-90 pulling a trailer on the autobahn with an H2 on the back of it. There was no way to get a picture, becuase I was exiting the autobahn at the time, but I swear this is true. I was so happy, I felt all warm inside.

Way to resurrect a thread by the way. This man can use the search tool!

Why are we resurrecting this thread..... GM is about to give Hummer the axe anyway so there goes our competition.
