$500 for the Litespeed seems like a crazy good deal. I'd post on mtbr.com and cross ref it in the vintage forum. The Ti tubes might be worth that price alone. Or it could be a sweet build if someone got a disc mount and SS drops fabricated on.

The steerer tube was cut already , but I did not want more until I get professionally fit for the bike. Also at one point I am also going to get a set of 29er 3 inch rims built as then I can switch then out as needed.

The Salsa looks great. I'd like to ride one sometime. I'm interested in your Litespeed. What size is it?
