One of the most terrifying sounds I have ever heard was starting my '70 Monte Carlo in the early morning for a high school job. One of our cats had climbed into the fan shroud sometime that night. I turned the key half asleep and heard it screeched so loud I nearly pissed myself, I thought I killed it right then and there. Not knowing what the hell I did exactly. I woke the old man up. He came out, turned the fan blade and the cat took off like a bat out of hell. It showed up a few days later after I guess healing itself in the woods and was fine :shrugs:
