Alaska offroad warriors

Anyone see the commercial for this new show on the History Channel?

Looks like one of the competitors is driving a 90. Coming this fall.

First team to finish gets $100K. Should be interesting.

There's no way the vehicle that jumped the gun in that shot is competing! It looks like a pinto? Maybe an AMC Eagle if it's lucky.

D90 is mine. Watch the show for further details

Registry has the breakdown. Some of ya will recognize parts that were sourced from here. Tires, lockers, KC lights, and ARB bumper were bought new through Steadfast Offroad as well as many other parts. Lucky 8 did a fantastic job at getting me the cage. Defenders Northwest helped out as well getting me needed parts.

Huge thanks to Ed and everyone else who supported and helped us out.

Ok. I can see it now. Maybe a late 80's 4Runner with the removable shell. That might make for better tv than the Pinto, but you've got little competition vehicle wise! Goodluck! Or is it already in the can?

Glad to have helped out - and looking forward to seeing a Defender being used in all its glory on American TV...

It shall be wildly entertaining.

It was an exciting and adrenaline filled adventure for sure. Made new fantastic friends and did many miles of epic wheeling.

Looks like Jason was in a Truck Trend article last year driving an RRC in with a pack of Tundra Buggies.

http://www.trucktrend.com/features/t...undra_buggies/

The RRC looks like a toy next to the Tundra Buggies but it's great to see Land Rovers driving in some pretty nasty conditions next to some serious hardware.
