The show has been pretty disappointing. I told a couple friends that admire Rovers from a safe distance about the show before it aired. Really wish I hadn't. I doubt they tuned back in after the first week.

I would give you the names but I can only remember what the locals call them . But if you go online to DNR and BLM the permits are public notice with the official trail names . Ed

You guys are funny. It is a History channel reality show. Have you never watched TV before? No budget. Lots of hype. Try and make some money.

Why did the History Channel release this show, as opposed to other networks?

I know, I know. Just would wish these channels could put a halfway good show out. In this day and age of desktop (hell phone as well) editing software you wouldn't think it would be hard. I don't watch much TV but when I do it feels like I get 10 minutes of decent footage for an hour worth of viewing. Good thing I can flip between 3 channels and read forums on my phone during the shitty parts.

I want to buy Butchy a seat belt for Christmas. Shall we start a fundraiser? Either that or a hockey helmet.

I think at the beginning of the "fake for camera knockout" or FFCK for short, Butchy forgot he was supposed to be knocked out. Pretty funny stuff. Bill can wheel like a maniac but also can't act to save his life..."Are you awake? Are you knocked out?"

The fact that the Kardashian's can have a brand, or the fact that any American gives a sh#$t if Nooky had a bad day, or even the fact that Honey Booboo's mom's face was shown on tv for more than 5 seconds has convinced me that people are absolutely stupid when it comes to entertainment.

Reality TV has ruined television. I'm all for getting actors back into acting for the sake of entertainment.

Even the weather channel has been ruined. I liked it better when it was weather. When I go to the weather channel to find out what the forecast analysis is, and I have to watch these idiot truck drivers recover flipped semi's just to wait for my 30 second update, I get pissed off all over again.

No worries about that, you'll do it on your own.

I feel compelled to comment.

I like it, for what it is, which is a TV show about off-roaders in Alaska. If it wasn't about the people, and more realistic, fellas, there'd be a lot more wranglers in it.

To that end, I think Jason was/is portrayed well and represents Rover owners as a whole positively. I hope to see him return to the show. Especially if it means a Rover is on the trails again.

Worst episode yet-- just say'n. Just not a fan of any of those teams now so it is hard to get behind. I'm actually concerned for the dog the way they hit the obstacles sometimes.

I'm guessing you don't read other 4x4 boards. It is not my opinion but "typical rover douche" seems to be the popular phrase on Pirate and other Jeep forums.
