A war is brewing, which side are you on?

I've recently and shamefully become a FiveGuys-ist, after almost a lifetime of practicing In-n-Out-ism.

Are there any other converts out there?

Made it further than half of the other guys, but the Hammers won.

Oh dear, another one of these?

First it was Cake vs Pie
Then it was Red Wire vs Blue Wire.

Now this?

They're both overrated. But I'll take In-N-Out, especially because of its off-the-menu options.

In your dreams, Buck. But no dice.

FG has decor similar to InO, but the similarities stop there. The taste was worth driving 30 miles for, especially considering there's an InO less than a mile away.

Anyone that has tasted both and agree (or disagree)?

I <3 both (ask JimC or Mike H. they were convinced I went all the way to cali to get a jack in the box antenna topper and eat at in-n-out burger). They need in-n-out on my coast.

Been to both places multiple times and in-n-out is better.

5 guys is just ok, not in the top 5 on my list

Smash burger is good, I would give it 2nd in my list of fast food burgers.

hmm, never tried 5 guys but theres always a long line at in n out. In and out after the clubs are kinda moot now since we got taco trucks everywhere in LA now. It's all about the illegal bacon dogs and tacos now.

In n' Out is overrated IMO.

Five Guys has a better burger and fries, but it's too expensive.

Ted's Montana grill Bison Burger is way better than both. bison, lower in fat and cholesterol but higher in flavor.

It's sad that Ted is an insane Marxist; his food is pretty good.

Interesting poll results. Glad I'm not the only one who felt FG is better than InO. However, 'animal style' fries and burgers are the shit. That alone is worth keeping them as my 2nd favorite.

Cheers!

I've had both and like FG better. My wife likes all the "foo foo" crap on InO burgers, but we both like FG fries better.

I like both. I wish In & Out would open up some places on the east coast...
