A refreshing experience with SDO (vendor)

Just want to shout out to Jason Lavender at Series Defender Outfitters for his diligent, prompt, timely, rapid, thoughtful, complete, and thorough communication with me. I've been asking a bunch of questions about a custom rack for my Defender and, if the quality of the product's anything like the quality of his communication, then I'm in for more than I had hoped for.

Lav is a good dude, no question there. His products are above expectation as well. However, his habit of missing VT trips....

Never heard of anyone being disappointed with Series Defender Outfitters products.
The products we use are very high quality and fit well.

Zack -

I've posted a similar compliment about you. That it happens to be on a craigslist "discussion forum" is irrelevant.

The defrost vents are simply awesome. Also really like the door pulls the the clock panel but man the defrost vents just make the dash pad look so much better than the 20 year old warped plastic vents I had previously.

My experience with them has been terrible. They keep pushing all this long lasting metal stuff on me when clearly plastic is better.

Terrible businessman ... creating ever-lasting products .... he's got no chance against the Chinese imports ...

I hadn't heard of SDO before but just went and checked out what they have - looks like nice stuff! I ended up ordering a pair of the aluminum soft top clips.
