They look good on stock defenders and nineties of the time. (Up to around 1994 in the UK I believe, they were options on county-spec 300Tdi Defender 90s)

More than anything, it is most people are used to larger tyres now.

I like Rostyles.

Hey, I'm only 80% against them

I will however make this statement: they look amazing on early 70s Range Rovers, and that's where they belong.

Though the galvy versions on Bill's dynamite 109 are pretty great too.

Rostyles look just right on that 90 especially those wider ones.

Wish I knew of a place in the states that could weld on a 1" band. Would do that to the a set of Disco Steelies.

Hi Gas Donkey,

Just read your post on Rostyle steel wheels, I was wondering is you know if the Rostyle was fitting to the 90 V8 County's fitting with the optional 7.50 tyres? or did the 7.50 option on the 90 come delivered with the standard steel wheel as fitted to the 110?

Many thanks

Robert

I don't think the hating on Rostyles in this thread is strange enough. So here's why I hate Rostyles: they always remind me of this droid from Star Wars.

Droids are copy cats.

Be original, my friend.
