'94 ST #1734 on the move...

Apparently patience really is a virtue.

I should have bought Grover from Jay when it was for sale last year, but didn't. Shortly after, I posted a WTB ad. A few came and went, nothing worth a purchase.

A few weeks ago, m1734 sent me a message asking if I was still interested...two trips to Denver, a thorough inspection and a trip to the bank and it's mine. Drove from Fort Collins to Portland yesterday. Awesome drive, and the 90 handled itself perfectly.

No idea if m1734 will continue to remain active on the site but I can't say enough great things about the guy...

Also, thanks to a few others around here, Briggs and WeBeCinYa in particular. It feels good to be back in the club.

(I didn't take many photos along the way, it was a quick trip back...but here it is)

I've always liked that truck. It's gone thru quite a few members and been changed along the way.

Enjoy it.

you bought a great truck. I bought his rack off that truck last year, but I see its been fitted with another. Hope you got a good deal! I don't think he used it as much as he would have liked. He's a great guy.

Thanks guys. Matt really was a good dude, this 90 just didn't fit into his long(er) term plans...a lot of credit goes to him for giving me the chance to buy before he posted it.

Matt, only other photo I have is my girl passed out somewhere east of Hood River. No idea how the hell she could sleep in this thing but she managed...

My GF passes out every time she's in the truck, too. I'm not sure what it is. Maybe an exhaust leak or something. I remember when Jay had put his truck up for sale. I think I posted most of the pics back then. Truck looked totally different from when he had bought it from Wolf. Good luck!
