5 Gal Water Cans Scepter style buylci

I know some of you also have gotten these, but I thought I would let others know too. If this is previously posted, don't blame me for double posting--that would be a result of one of the worst search engine functions in existence being utilized by this site (ouch!)...

Anyways, these are plastic "scepter" style government issue LCI 5 gallon cans. I purchased 2 of them this year for my trailer and I am stoked with the quality and price. They are $25.99 each and I bought two because you get free shipping at $50. Just a sweet deal IMHO. They come in tan and olive, I got the olive color. Super thick plastic. If I was in the market for a water can, I would get these.

I have NOTHING to do with LCI or these cans. I learned of them through ExPo and just passing it along.

Shipped $72.33 vs. $51.98. What is the difference between Scepter and Skilcraft? Are both BPA free?

Not sure...but we're just talking water here so prob cheaper can't go wrong.

I go Scepter for my fuel though. Only downside is now I constantly run out of gas since I try to push the limits of mileage range .

In regards to the LCI, I filled mine, put them upside down for several days and not a drop spilled. I stood on them full too and nothing came out. Very sturdy and they are also a supplier to the government. I just tried to order a pour spout from the Bottom Line site jason posted and they won't ship to my address in Colorado--not sure if they only ship to military? Not sure, but it was an impulse purchase anyways....

Was it a fuel spout you tried to order? The fuel cans (and probably accessories) they wont ship to individuals, but everything else is fair game.

Odd, I got a "shipping not found" thing...you could always email Marc@bottomline2000.com directly - I know for a fact they will ship these water cans & accessories.

Now that I think about it, everytime I've ordered from Marc directly the shipping is always cheaper than is quoted on the website anyhow.
