Question 4.4 Jaguar long block (BRAND NEW) crate motor feeler. Whats it worth?

So I got a brand new 4.4 liter Jaguar long block still in its original green plastic packaging in a wooden crate. (300 hp, came in the 05 - 09 range rover HSE & LR3) I was thinking about selling it since it seems like my LR3 motor will literally last forever. (only have 22k on mine). What do you guys think its worth? I can give you pics too.

Oh yeah it is complete, valve covers, timing chain/cover, even an installed oil filter housing with the filter.

Is this the one you found for free in a garage when a new tenant moved in?

Isn't the jaguar motor a 4.2? The 03 - 05 BMW motor is a 4.4.
