The Daily Mail calls this "embarrassing", but I disagree. This video speaks volumes on many levels, especially about the type of people who own Land Rovers. If you look past the price tag and the age disparity, it's easy to see what makes this marque great......

Yeah, there was no reason to include the costs of these vehicles. It was just someone pulling someone out of the sand, Happens all the time!

The daily mail is renound for making a headline where there isn't one.... believe me!

I commented on this on farcebook when it did the rounds, genuinely stupid people with stupid comments like "ah look at the low prifile slick tyres on that 4x4", "haha stupid gold playing bloke gets stuck" yadda yadda....

Maybe the rangie doesn't do mud plugging everyday, maybe they tow a trailer on tarmac and thus don't need XZL's or Simex jungle trekkers

Maybe the series is driving on hard sand and the rangie is on waterlogged stuff

Maybe the series is often on that beach, and has the tyres aired down to 10psi

I suspect that is the series wheel span a bit, he'd be bogged down to the axles.
