You are drilling the body already though right? I'd argue the roof is easier to return back to stock than all the body holes.

It's super-easy to get the roof holes watertight. The biggest pain is just getting the b hoop in and positioned. I had to take off the rear passenger door.

Looks good jim, can you take a pic where the B hoop connects in the roof? Did it cause any issue in the headliner? Did your 110 come with the NAS bumper or did you install? The write up sounds like a great idea. I'd love to read it.

Here are a couple pix showing how it goes together. The headliner requires trimming. It's kinda hard to figure out just where to do it, but you start small and keep testing it out.

The NAS bumper and ladder are off my NAS 110. They accidentally got shipped overseas so I just put them on this truck because they are useful. I accidentally smashed a bollard in Zurich last year - nothing but a scratch on the bumper.

Here are some updated pics with the NAS cage installed. I found a local LR shop to do the install. The guy fabs a lot of hard core off road rigs. He had several classic Range rovers all decked out. Anyway, he only charged me $600.00 so I felt like that was a great deal. He did a very good job as well. I ordering a NAS style rear bumper next as well as looking to install black wing top protecters. I have also been trying to locate a front grill bar like ECR installs. Safety Devices sells them but I can't seem to track one down.

Looks good. What kind of bolts did you use on the install?

I'm in the gold coast. I live in a area called Isle of Capri just behind the main part of Surfers Paradise. What part of Aussie are you traveling to?

They came with the cage. They are SS but I didn't look beyond that.

No, I did some research and had I installed it I would have legal issues here in AU. The rear seats would have to be removed to comply. The cage fits really well and I haven't had any vibration issues at all. I still have the center hoop and could install down the road.

I also ordered a Front Bull bar from safety devices. It will take several weeks to ship but should have that on soon. Now I'm trying to get a roof rack fabricated for it. I really like Wolfs racks but shipping would probably be expensive. Most of the racks here look like shit.
