1982 FJ40 for sale @ Grassman Automotive Virginia

Ran across this dealership on a back street in Waynesboro, VA. He had a bunch, I mean a bunch, of British cars all over the place. The shop was in the process of doing many restorations. He also had a 1982 FJ40 for sale. It was pretty nice with no rust. That is right I didn't see a lick of rust. At any rate he was trying to sell it and told me he had a blow out price in the mid 40's. I have no idea on the pricing of one but thought I would put it out there.

I had him do a headliner for me and the work looks good. He told me that he had a Defender in there a month ago that was a soft top NAS with 2K miles on it?

Mike, based on your experience with these guys what you say a disco headliner would run? Hayden has a D1 with a near term need.

He's got some really nice looking cars for sale.

If anyone is in the market for an FJ there is a dealer here in SC that generally has a pile of them for sale. I've never seen any of them and don't really know anything about FJ's, but here is a link.

I had a 110 headliner and complete window trim done along with a pick-up headliner done for $972.00. The 110 headliner was the old school one that had the furry felt. It was extremely hard to get off. They seemed reasonable? No clue on the disco however. The good thing is most of those headliner felts are already falling off. LOL

Was it Port Red?
There's a guy here in town who has one--- it only comes out of his barn once every few years for a little service...
