110 Double Cab Pickup spoted in West Hollywood

Around 6:30 this evening I spoted this 110 Defender Twin Cab Pickup driving down Santa Monica Blvd.

Sweet!

Anyone know whose it is?

Yup, the Rover X FlyFisher 110, looks like minus the tent.

There was a banana clone at the rally this year. I was going to check it out but it looked like all the other 12+ yellow Defenders at the rally so i lost interest.

Thanks Chris. I think you are right since Rover Accessories is (somewhat) local and the picures match. When you add in the number of 110 double cabs in the USA.....

I think that next time I'm down that way I'll have to check out their shop and rig.

Sorry to hear about your loss. Hope that things work out and you are back in a Defender soon. Think positive thoughts like galvinized frame and 300Tdi

Are you staying away from the Butter Cup???

BTW I was the trail leader on Mosiquito pass and the Yellow Dubble Cab was in my group. The guy is with (maybe owns) Texas Rovers. He had a cool adjustable air suspension, and a 4.6 RR motor (with some overheating issues).

Oh' ya Happy Birthday Ninga Boy (Saturday I think) Are you doing a Blanca Peak Birthday Party?

Still enjoying being able to buy booze legally since January 28, its too bad there's no hot young things running around in D90s around here. On a side note my girlfriends neighbor at the University of Georgia in Athens has a D90 (97 Green Soft top) and I have been informed that she is tall and blonde... Dare I lurk in the bushes?

That belong to Charles at Rover Accessories. I saw it 2 days in a row while I was in town, I think Charles may have lent it to someone (just a guess). I saw it parked in front of the Ivy restaurant (celebrity and paparazzi hang out), then the following day while on My way back to NY I saw it in front of the Sheraton Hotel next to LAX. I don't think Charles drives it, or hangs out at the Ivy, hence my guess he lent it to someone.
