Quite right, so now it has a new exhaust system, Gave me a good chance to take chassis pics of it on the ramps. also planned is a complete service and a recon of the injector pump. Just fitted 235/85r16 MT tyres on siver modular steel wheels.

Cool as I think it looks, not exactly my cuppa. Sorry that you all are missing the snowstorm of the last 100 years. Already 2 feet and it is still coming down.

It has the non turbo 4236 diesel, I just fitted a new exhaust, i will post chassis pic on the website today, the chassis is rust free and has been proffessionally waxoiled, the body is in good condition and has been professionally painted. The door frames have some rust and I am going to get them fixed for the $28,000 price which will include a change of the interior seats and fit a black mohair exmoor trim hood. I am also putting a spare package together which will include a heavy duty clutch, fuel and oil filters, glow plug & injectors. I am also having the engine fully serviced and I am fitting a new stop solenoid. I have already fitted MT tyres on modular steel wheels

But I would consider leaving the interior and including rebuild sections for the doors in the vehicle and selling the truck for $22,000 including shipping to Baltimore. Should a deal be struck I can get this vehicle onto a boat before the 31st Dec.

The Perkins 4.236 is a diesel engine manufactured by Perkins Engines Company Limited. It is rated at 67 horse power ASE (65 HP DIN), and is widely used in Massey-Ferguson tractors, as well as other well-known industrial and agricultural machines, e.g. Clark, Manitou, JCB and Landini. It is considered to be extremely reliable and efficient.

In this vehicle it is coupled to a 4 speed LT95 Range Rover gearbox, the vehicle is also fitted with a heavy duty Sailsbury rear axle, the vehicle will do 80mph, though accelleration isn't quick. 50mph in 3rd, then into 4th. This was a common conversion in the late 1980's. Whilst the HP is low, this engine develops loads of torque. These engines can be upgraded with turbo chargers.
