I like Giverny Green (03 to present RR, and 04 discovery)
2nd choice Kent Green
3rd choice Icelandic Blue ( I just wanted to throw that one out there. It would be the first and maybe the last )

I would vote for the willow green or the Bonnita Grey.

The green color that was on the heritage edition defender

http://www.web-rover.co.uk/nav.php?p...&view=29&mode=

How about a color from the series LR era?

Metallic colors on a Defender just seem a little off to me for some reason?

Someone on here is building a 90 in that color stateside. I dig it.

I know a buddy painting his 90 the color of Marine One, the chopper. A rare color.

I agree with the Willow Green. Stick with a LR color - no metallics!!!

I saw some slate grey 110's in England - very classy looking color. Another good candidate is the early sixties Rover Mid-Grey (lots of Dormobiles were painted this color). Classic Limestone looks good on a 110 too.

I almost Painted my truck Bonita Grey.. That would be a sick color to do the 110 in with the black cage and so on...It would be OFF THE HOOK YO.... I ended up with the Zambezi Silver but the Darker Grey would be hot..

What about that Dark Metalic red that LR has?? I think its a euro color. I have a SW top that color and its nice too..

There's a 110 and a 130 in bonetti gray on ebay. I must say that color looks pretty good. Too bad you can't drive them past the end of your driveway.

urban camo

how 'bout an urban camo type of design. Base color would be an off white or light gray, camo stripes in two different tones but at 50% or less opacity. Tthis would give a subtle effect of striping rather than in your face.. kind of like a subtle hunter pattern..

I'm partial to the Tonga Green on '05 Range Rovers. It is metallic though.

Always liked Monza Red. Kind of a rare color for NAS Defenders. Also what about British Racing Green?

I love all the great ideas... many thanks all. As much as I love the wild ideas I think this 110 will be a little more "stockish" so it seems to come down to:

Monza red
Bonetti gray
or
Willow green

I'm leaning towards the gray. I always loved that Tomb Raider Hi-Cap 110 and I believe it was that color.
