Shipping a pair of 101's over for a client. Here's how you load a 101 ambulance with spares.

I thought the shipping companies flipped out when ever there was anything inside the Rover?

I'm putting 2 101's in a 40 ft'er. Bill not going to even ask as this shipment is complicated enough, this is a roverphile family (with decades of hoarded spares) relocating from the W.Midlands to Pennsyltucky. I have advised the fellow to expect an intensive exam but as can be seen, the engine for the ambulance is in the back of the truck so my options on how to ship them were limited to stuffing them in a box.
The height of a 101 makes them difficult to put on a transporter so he will actually tow the non-runner to the port behind the runner with an a frame tow bar. They have bought a 2nd 40ft box and are loading their household goods in it themselves.

ro/ro that is absolutely the case. Tool kit, jack, and spare are all that is allowable.

Yeah I though the trucks needed to be clean inside of no parts besides a jack and spare tire. Might get hit hard at the port or sneak right on by.

Again as covered above, that only applies if shipped ro/ro. This will be a container and an intensive exam is expected and the expense factored in. Not expecting or attempting to sneak anything by. If that was even a thought process I wouldn't have posted a thing.

Yep- wasn't sure if you had met him. Cool, glad you two are acquainted. He's saying Lyle is going to come to the post and buy the 2nd truck ?

Last time I saw you I'm pretty sure I was wearing my "I showered with Jerry Sandusky and all I got was this lousy t-shirt" t-shirt. Should've been a dead giveaway.
