Hi Dave,

I pmed you a few days ago but haven't received a response. Maybe your inbox is full. I just want to make sure I have everything necessary and that it is possible to do before I commit to the purchase.

I am the one who posted about an LT95 to R380 conversion. I have a 3.5 V8 with an LT95. Would like to change to an R380. I have no idea what I will need to change my current setup to an R380. I think I will need the bell housing to V8, shifter tower, and an lt230. Do I need a transmission cooler? Mounts? Transmission tunnel? Not sure if my propshafts and parking brake will work. Is this correct? Excuse me as I have no idea what is involved in what I am trying to achieve. Any advice would greatly be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi Dave,

Thanks for the reply. Can you provide all these parts with the order? I just replaced the clutch and pressure plate along with slave cylinder on my LT95. Can I reuse any of those parts? Thanks again.

If it's not too late, I would be interested in a grey set for a '95 NAS D-90 SW with the R380.

PM and Email sent.

really? I am definitely interested in a set of mats but want to confirm the style. I know that my truck has an LT77 tranny so it would seem weird to have the R380 tunnel

I'd like in if it isn't too late?

I need...

1. LT-77, V8 Defender, rebuilt, outright
2. LT-230 1.410, rebuilt, outright
3. Mat system in black for LT-77 (depending on price, is there a price yet, or did I miss it?)

Thanks

Will do. Guess I always assumed that they were different, especially when I was playing with the MUD UK tunnel tray that they do not make for LHD LT77 trucks

I saw where you wrote about it here
http://www.defendersource.com/forum/...ght=NAS+tunnel

I definitely have the LT77 Mud tray so did the NAS trucks use the R380 tunnel but leave the transmission gator based on the tranny installed?

Please call or email Ashcrofts and make your purchases directly. I have asked Dave to hold delivery of everyones purchase until we have the container date nailed down but it should be late next week. Shipping over will run apprx. $50 to Baltimore. I need each individuals receipt for customs entry-no exceptions.

There are three tunnels:

from left to right:

V8 5 speed, all NAS, all 300tdi, All TD5. (usually referred to as r380)

4 cylinder up to and including 200tdi (sometimes referred to as LT77)

early V8 w/LT95 4 speed

No idea if the current line up of Puma-engined vehicles have a different setup or not.

Hi Dave, I found about this group buy a few days ago and I'm also the guy asking about the 4HP22 conversion to a 4HP24.

I want to check I have all the components needed to convert to a Stage 2 upgrade before I commit to the purchase also.

Can you please help me?

Update- container loading Oct 20th. Should leave Felixstowe the 22nd and arrive Baltimore late the first week of November. That said containers are almost never on time in my experience. Hopefully that gives Dave time to build everyone what they want.
Cheers,
