left right makes no difference- you will cut your own holes for p brake cable and handle mounting holes.

everything else in there is grey. plus I thought it might absorb a little less heat.

I was planning to rhino line my seatbox and floor boards but you had to go and post this

Anyone out there have this system installed yet? I have a few questions

1. How much does it really reduce the noise / heat transfer?

2. It looks like this replaces the thick sound pads around the trans and bulkhead, is that correct?

3. Can you use land rover rubber floor mats on top of this or would that be too tall / thick?

Doug,

When do you think you will have a price? I am intrested but I will be out of the country Oct 1 - 20th

Intrested in a lt77 setup for my 1984 dependant on price

Dave it will be before the first, I'm leaving for MAR Wed. Ask Gren in Wales-his 300 tdi build is in the build up and restore section. He seems to like his (black). I have already Line X'd my floor plates, and intend to also do the seat box when I get the YRM aluminum battery box and tool box. I think this system is superior to the factory parts. By all accts the fit is awesome. The late Td5's had seat boxes wrapped like this with flaps cut to access the battery etc.

Hey Dave-

I've got the lt77 setup in my hicap. Be glad to show it to you. I bought mine directly from Wright and they shipped it to my door. Nice folks Just give them a ring.

My invoice, dated 1-5-09, is for 390 pounds. Can't recall how much shipping was, but paperwork shows 31kg. Don't forget to add on the kick panels as they're a separate item.

Noise reduction was huge (IMO)
Replaces all pads
You can use the LR mats, but it's not necessary.

The only install pain is cutting out the under sear access panels and spacing up the seats due to the thickness (a bunch o washers).

I love it. Looks good, sounds good and I can pressure wash out the interior.

Re: 1.4 Tcases. Dammit, I just had mine rebuilt!

Hey Doug,

Great offer, very kind of you! I have a 3.5 V8 with an LT95. Would like to change to an R380. Can you give me a price on an Ashcroft setup to change out my LT95? I will probably also need the bell housing to V8, shifter tower, and an lt230. Not sure if my propshafts will work. Thanks.

I think I will be in for a Wright Off Road mat system too in black if I am not to late. The reduction in noise would be great!

I spoke with Andrew @ Wright and expect an email tonight. We were @ 14 Mat systems. I emailed Dave Ashcroft and asked if he would consider group pricing. There were 2- 1.4 tcases inquiries, 1 v8 R380, 1 v8 R380 from Lt95 conversion kit, and an underdrive inquiry.
