Trails were mostly "easy" compared to past times I guess anyway because of the lack of snow and deep crossings. There were plenty of challenges if you wanted to take them and the power line was only bad in one nasty spot...... it claimed many a truck this weekend. I was riding along with the "Vail clan" friday night a few of us got really buried there and even killed a winch.

I ran with a 2 inch lifted, slight upsize tires "stock" '96 D1 that I actually *purchased* saturday morning at the Romp. I went on the "moderate" trails which were pretty simple really but had an absolute blast. Great times, great people.

Another great time. I do regret not getting to spend as much time socializing as I would have liked. And spending all day Saturday trying to lead a wayward group of 20 vehicles out of the woods. Fun though it was. Thanks again to Bruce for everything.

My cheesy Romp video. This icehole had Bill C stopped in his tracks and gave him a flat. After that drama Chad from NS in the diesel RRC showed us all how to do it.
