I've actually been planning on it! I need to call him up and see when they're going to be in stock so I can get them before the romp. Maybe Rovertym/Scorpion Racing 2" springs too.

Follow-up Post:

Sorry not DAP. I'm looking at these: http://dev1.boomersdomain.com/cgi-bi...g_2/00063.html

They're out of stock until the end of February. Maybe I'll just take the side steps off and be careful. I really like those sliders!

The DAP's are good and stick out so u can stand on them, Lynchie got them

and they where cheaper than the AG.

There will be trails for every experience level so I wouldn't worry about damage.

I wouldn't mind some snow up there. It gives the trails a differnt dimension. : )

By the way I have an extra South Down rear Diff cover protector. Its new in the box if you need it.

You know I was actually thinking about purchasing one of those from Adventure Gear. Is it the same sort of design? I like how it acts as a pinion guard as well, but I suppose I could just get one from Rockware. How much do you want for it? I just bought a front diff protector, so it'd be nice to have a rear one as well.

Yeah I saw those on Dennis' truck. I liked them with those hi lift points and they are super cheap. At first I was going to go with those, but I just like the look of those Scorpion ones so much. They just fit with the rest of the truck. I don't really mind paying more for them, it's just the wait that's a pain. I think I'm just going to wait out the scorpions.

Yeah, I'll just take it easy. Plenty of more opportunities! I do need to get some snow chains though. I have snow tires I'm going to put on, but would like some more. Any recommendations?

That would obviously be the ultimate! It's what sets winter wheeling apart!

Oh those are nice. How does shipping work from over there? Is it going to cost me an arm and a leg?

Yeah I'll take that diff guard from you. Southdown seems to have some nice stuff.

I ended up going with a set of sliders from Rovers North. Should have them on this weekend. Someday I'll get some scorpion racing ones... They're just too cool.

Ron, I've been planning on ditching my SD rear diff guard. Let me know if you are interested.

Also have some year old OME springs collecting dust.
