What route will you be taking? TAT? How long do you think you will take to do the round trip?

Sounds like a good time

Itinerary is still in planning/consensus phase but likely straight shot out through kansas to include homage lunch with pendy and return through denver and Kentucky

Never been but trying to make it work this year. Any tips? Do you normally get the Experience package or Day passes? Is there a D-Source meet usually?

Exp Package seems the way to go. That's what Mark is doing and so am I. The camping is first come first serve. If I get there before Mark and his entourage I will try to hold some spots. It would be convenient to be in close proximity to one another...I'll be there when the gates open.

I've worked up a draft high level itinerary for my group. Leaving Charlotte on Tues. Camp Memphis area Tue night, Amarillo Wed night, Arrive Flagstaff mid-day Thur. We're leaving Flagstaff Sun afternoon to camp in Moab overnight, then Elk dinner in Denver Mon, Steak lunch or dinner in Wichita Tue (Pendy clear your schedule), camp Tue night somewhere between springfield and Louisville. Back in Charlotte Wed night.

Beer, rum, cigars and dutch oven cooking most nights. Most days are fatty two-fers. And by God I'm not leaving Flagstaff without a HAM license in my wallet and an abundance of swag.

To show my level of commitment, I removed my CB today.

The event is about 20 minutes from my house so I guess I gotta go. There will likely be the same 3 Dormobiles this year that were there last year. Look for us in the AZLRO parking area.
