VERMONT OVER-LAND ROVER, the Northeast Land Rover Rally, July 25-27

Hey all, if you're a northeast Land Rover fan, don't miss Vermont Over-Land Rover, the Northeast Land Rover Rally, on July 25-27:

http://www.vermontoverland.com/volr/

We'll have rovers of all shapes and sizes attending, from brandy new LR 2s and 4s and Range Rovers right back to Series 1 models, we'll have all sorts of rovers to check out.

We'll have some great on-campus trails, including a twisty challenge course for the big dogs, amazing self-navigate overland routes on local ancient roads, an awesome localvore dinner on Sat night, a proper-attire English trials course on Sun morning (including a prize donated by East Coast Rover for the best dressed participant!) and don't miss our Legends of Land Rover, Bruce Fowler, promoter of the world famous Maine Winter Romp, and Jeff Aronson, Editor of Rovers Magazine!

But wait, there's more. We'll even be doing a "field rebuild" of a '67 Series IIA where Bob Courtney of Red Barn Engineering will welcome any and all wrenching help and words of encouragement. Huge thanks to Atlantic British for fully supporting this endeavor by donating one of their most excellent Frame Over Kits!

Most of all, we'll have lots of "bonnets up" time for just chatting and catching up with friends old and new. Whether you're coming for the whole shooting match or just the day, don't miss this great event!

As with all VO events, pricing is by the truckload, so load up the family and dog(s) and come on up to Vermont for a great low-key, grass roots weekend of all things Land Rover!

I need all the NY rovers here for this event. I will be doing a full frame up restoration in 3 days on site. Either come and help or heckle I'll take either, this alone is worth price of admission.

Dude! I could have just donated my Series IIA as the guinea pig since it met with a stone wall & lost about 2 years ago. I've got all the parts...just not the time. Of course, I would have needed it back when done .

After seeing your SIII track-mobile again at the winter carnival this year has re-energized me...

Might get there with Nigel my build but only on Sunday. Have Referee work to do on Saturday at Gillette stadium.
Much depends on how well Nigel does in his shakedown drives. So far so good

Have a great time. I pre ran a few sections last weekend with PKV and he has chosen wisely.
