Uwharrie Safari 2010

Registration for this years Uwharrie Safari is now open. The dates for the event are April 8th-11th (although technically the event does not start until Noon on the 9th). We have the entire group campground booked from Thurs - Sun.

If you want to ensure that you can get a t-shirt and/or dinner on Saturday night, make sure you pre-register for the event (the cost is also cheaper if you pre-register).

For more information about the event (registration, camping, meals, etc), please go to the Uwharrie Safari link.

We hope to see you there!

Thanks Scot

I just registered for this event, and will be heading down with a Canadian friend in the passenger seat and buddy Sean in his LR3. Have yet to hear from any of the other DC are folks or from the Lynchburg crew. Y'all out there? Anybody? We are heading down on the 8th.

Right now it will be me and my oldest boy... My wife, at the moment, does not want to come, but I will continue to work on her.

The wife and I are going. Although we most likely won't make it down until early Saturday- but I am still working on going Friday. Really looking forward to this event. As for family, we're planning on bringing the new puppy too!

I think I'm out but need some underground parts transport railroad/Tom Sawyering help again.
Big boat has to splash by 15th per marina, the farm, and the 110 I'm building all are going take precedence.
Dale has the NAS 90 bumper and a tubed Wolf wheel for me. I saw Mike Crandall last week and he's planning on going.
Not sure about my brother, the Perkins, and Mr.Forehands plans.

Doug,
Let me know if you need me to get something for you, We will be staying at the Lake. Have a large group with us this year. I should have some room, both ways.

Mike thanks. Bobeck and Galpin can get it a lot closer and see those guys semi regularly- although you are on the way to the farm....

Is anybody coming through Asheville that would like to meet up for a beer? I don't think I'll make it out to the trail but would enjoy meeting some of you folks.
