Man, I wish. It seems like whether it's MAR or Uwharrie, I always seem to have my Reserve drill that weekend.

Myself and quite a few others from the our gang will be there. I will likely be driving my d2 trail truck and tow the 84 d90 turbo diesel to play with as well... Should have some other pretty cool trucks there as well including a doublecab!

Actually i have a conflict with another offroading related event up here - a 2 day trail cleanup in the GWNF. Were getting trails closed left right and center and I want to do my part in promoting the responsible side of our sport, even though I'd love to be in Uwharrie instead

From what I understand, Uwharrie is under review in April to determine it's fate too. The Trout Unlimited crowd has successfully swayed the Forrest Service to close Tellico. Gotta love the environmentalists. They claim that the native trout are being affected by the silt from the off-road crowd. But, stocking the river/creek with farm raised trout has no effect on the environment. Tellico has been an ORV for the past 30 years.

So, see if you can make it, as it may not be there someday.

I'm having trouble deciding what to bring up there. My D90 on 37's or the Disco I just bought for $250.00...... yes you did read that price right.
