URE!9 (Ninth Annual Uwharrie Rover Expedition!)

Mark your Calendars... The 9th Annual URE! (Uwharrie Rover Expedition!) will be October 19-21. This gives you the opportunity to break your truck at Conclave... With plenty of time to fix it for URE!

This event will be held in the Uwharrie National Forest in Central North Carolina October 19-21, 2012. We certainly hope that you find all of the information needed in the link below, and that you have the opportunity to come out!

URE!9 Information and Registration

Hope you can join us; it looks like it will be a great year!!

Who's going? Will everyone be tired and broken after "conclave"?

Only 2 weeks away!!!

If you want a most excellent t-shirt as illustrated below, then you better hurry and register. We are closing down preorder for shirts Thursday evening (10/11/12). We will not be ordering extras.

If you've already registered, or registered and paid, but want to go back and buy a shirt, then here is a more direct link: http://onslrs.org/thanks.php

Anyone want to play host and chauffeur for the Wolf? I'll be TAD down in SC for a few weeks and may roll up there for the weekend. I don't mind kicking in for beer and chow and I'll bring my own kit.

I grenaded my CV yesterday in Fayettenam! Had to be flatbeaded back to Charlotte at midnight on way to military training. Damn! I guess 19 years was a reasonable life for a CV. Going to do a 24 spline conversion befote URE with Rovertrak's HD axles and a D2 pumpkin from Erin.

Totally thought it was a stripped 10 spline axle or blown Diff. was shocked those were just fine.

Started dissassebly at 1045AM and was done at 1pm! Ready for parts!

Nice! Make sure you get ALL the pieces of the CV out of the knuckle. Even the tiniest shard of metal can prevent you from turning. Even a good time to service the knuckle seals.
